What is the difference between frozen and chilled ranges?
Frozen meals are cooked and snap frozen. Just add vegetables or salad to complete your meal. They serve 1-2 people.

The full meal is a frozen complete meal of meat and vegetables and just requires heating. It will serve 1 person.

Chilled meals are marinated meats and pies ready for you to bake, pan fry or BBQ. Like the frozen meals you add your choice of salad or vegetables. They serve 2 people.

How is the chilled range packed?
All meals are vacuumed sealed. This removes the oxygen which causes food deterioration and allows a shelf life in your fridge of up to 10 days.

How is the frozen range packed?
Either in plastic or foil containers and snap frozen to 18°c. They are stored in a holding freezer until delivery.

Are your meals healthy?
Yes, all our meals are made from fresh natural ingredients and are free from preservative and additives. As an added bonus many of our meals are reduced fat. A full nutritional breakdown is provided for each meal, just click on the photo. There are vegetarian meals and many of our meals are wheat and gluten free. They have been verified by the Coeliac Association of NSW.

Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order of $50.00 (plus additional $12.50 for box and delivery charge) is required for delivery.

What forms of payment are available?
Credit card payment (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) for all interstate and courier deliveries. GDS drivers in Sydney can also accept cash or cheque payment. Please note that all orders are charged in Australian dollars.

Do meals carry heating, cooking and serving instructions?
All meals have specific, easy instructions for microwave, oven, stove or bbq. Serving suggestions are included on each meal label and on our website (just click on the photo).

How do I obtain my free meal for a referral?
When the person you referred fills out the new user registration form please ask them to fill in the box that asks the name of the person that referred them to us. When they make their first order we will arrange for you to receive your free meal with your next order.
