Creating
a Scene
Leaving the meal in the container make a vegetable face and pretend it’s a monster. Eyes can be cucumber
or carrot rounds with olives or sultanas as the pupil.
Halve cherry tomatoes for nose and mouth is red capsicum
strip. If you are short for time use tomato sauce in
a squeeze bottle to make the face.
Game Time
Monster Bites - This game involves taking bites
of dinner in different sizes. Ask them to take a bite
like
a
monster which obviously will be a big bite and the next bite will be one like a mouse which will
be a little bite.
Examples of big bites - monster, dinosaur, lion, crocodile,
pelican, whale, hippo, horse, bull, anaconda, elephant,
Komodo dragon, buffalo, bear, mammoth
Examples of little bites - mouse, mosquito, butterfly,
ant, starfish, meerkat, possum, turtle, hermit
crab, budgy
Examples of medium bites - duck, owl, frog, cat, deer, rabbit, panda, kangaroo,
monkey, zebra, llama, sheep
