Why it’s good for mums
Use our prepared kids meals when; you’re too busy too cook, don’t feel like cooking two meals, going out for dinner and leaving the kids with a babysitter or craving a really spicy curry .

Why it’s good for kids
Silly snails make great finger foods and can be dipped into tomato sauce – kid heaven!

2. TIPS FOR MUM

Busy Mums
Leave to defrost in fridge overnight.

Tips
You don’t need to cook all 12 silly snails at once. Simply break a few off (you may need to use a knife to separate) and put the rest back in the freezer.

Hiding vegetables
Zucchini and carrot have been pureed and mixed with the mince.

3. MAKING IT FUN

Creating a Scene
Complete the picture and make them look like real snails. Use a carrot strip for the head and tail and capsicum for the antennas. Use shredded lettuce or grated cheese as grass. To make a flower that the snail can ‘eat’ use either celery or cucumber strip as the stem and cherry tomatoes cut in halve as the petals.

Game Time
Paper, Rock and Scissors - On the count of three everyone makes either paper, rock or scissors with their hand. Rock is a clench fish, paper is your hand out flat and scissors is holding out two fingers. Depending on what shape they make you can decide what they have to eat and change it for each time, while the kids try to out guess you. For example rock could be a vegetable, scissors meat and nothing for paper. Next round it changes.
