RAW/FROZEN: Delivered fresh raw, cryovaced and ready to cook. Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx 1 hour) then remove packaging, leaving the netting. Transfer to baking dish, pour over 1 cup each of good quality chicken stock and white wine. Place in preheated 180c oven. Bake for 50 mins rest for 15 mins. Cooking time may vary depending on oven. Fresh use by date is 8 days, Can be frozen for 3 months.
COOKED: Delivered cooked and cryovaced, ready to slice/carve. Remove netting with scissors and carve. Expect 10-12 slices. Fresh use by date is 8 days. Once sliced use by: 5 days.
