This dish originates from old Middle Eastern traditions. We combine premium Aussie beef with tahini paste, toasted almonds, tomato, garlic and red wine vinegar. We then add the time-honoured seasonings of turmeric, cumin, garam masala and cardamom. The result is succulent beef in a sauce of delicious eastern spices. It’s finished with roasted sweet potato and carrots to add fibre and phytonutrients.

Defrost in microwave for 10 minutes. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
