Bolognese pasta sauce
To make a good bolognaise you need a couple of hours to simmer the sauce. When time is short and you need a fast dinner option, reach into the freezer for the GDS Bolognaise. A family favourite. Serves 4
IngredientsBeef mince, tomatoes, red wine, water, tomato paste, mushroom, onion, carrot, fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, GF stock, salt, pepper.
PreparationDefrost + heat. Serve over any pasta variety or for a different take; use as a meat sauce over baked jacket potatoes, filling for taco's or stuffed capsicum halves top with cheese and bake.
