Here is a classic family meal guaranteed to delight the whole family. Our tender chicken pieces are marinaded in just the right amount of soy, garlic and ginger and then oven roasted. Served with a lip-smacking peanut satay sauce + basmati rice.
Chicken thigh, peanut butter, peanut oil, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, red curry paste, coconut milk, rice, coriander, palm sugar
For best results allow defrost in fridge. Remove lid and heat in heated 160c oven for 30 - 40 minutes. To cook from frozen, remove lid, place in preheated 160c oven for approx 80 minutes.
