Confit Duck w Pear + Orange Compote - Serves 2Duck
Made in the traditional French way, the duck is slow-cooked in fat until the meat is meltingly tender and the skin is golden crisp. We serve with a fruity compote of pear and orange that provides the perfect accompaniment to the richness of the duck.

PreparationAllow to defrost overnight in fridge. Place duck on oven tray and place in fan forced 180c oven for 12 minutes. Accompany with Pear + orange compote. Serve with GDS Roast Kipfler Potatoes and broccoli w garlic
