We’re known for our pies and this newbie is sure to enhance our reputation! We start by slow cooking tasty cuts of beef to which we add onion, carrot and celery to enhance the flavour. Alongside the beef, the other hero of this dish is the caramelised onion which delivers depth, richness and sweetness to the gravy. Topped with a crispy pastry lid, this pie is a family winner. It feeds a family of 4 – 6 people, just add your own veges or salad.

Allow defrost in fridge. Remove lid and heat in heated 170c oven for approx 35 minutes. To cook from frozen, remove lid, place in preheated 150c oven for approx 1.5 hours.
