An authentic dish you are sure to find on tables all over Greece. We use minced lamb which is seasoned with crumbled feta, toasted pine nuts, plump currants + lemon zest. Then blanched silver beet leaves are wrapped around the large meatballs and baked in rich tomato sauce. best served with a traditional Greek salad and maybe even a glass of retsina..should you have it on hand!
