Lamb ragu w white bean puree

Made the traditional French way, we slow cook our lamb shoulder in tomato, garlic, white wine and herbs. Served with a puree of white beans and a good quantity of roasted Italian vegetables for nutrients and fibre, this dish is very high in protein and low in carbs.

Peel back one corner. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Defrosted Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving
