
Lamb tagine w apricots + quinoa pilaf
MeatOur premium Aussie lamb shoulder is slow cooked Moroccan style with apricots, prunes and aromatic spices until we have a lovely rich sauce and mouth-wateringly tender meat. We add a side of healthy turmeric quinoa pilaf which is cooked with gluten free stock, seasonings with the added goodness of garden peas, cauliflower and fresh baby spinach leaves. This spicy, sweet tasting dish is very high in protein and low in carbs.

Preparation
Peel back one corner. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving.Nutrition
