
Pulled lamb w Moroccan couscous - serves 4-6

If you're family after a tasty, adventurous meal, then this one will become your new favourite! We've slowed cooked the lamb shoulder until its pulls apart with a fork. This is served atop of a bed of couscous awash with chickpeas, capsicum, onion and garlic. Apricots and sultanas offer a sweet surprise. Once heated toss through the spicy dressing and scatter over toasted almonds. The couscous was a winner on our Christmas menu so we've add lamb to create a new family meal for you. Enjoy!

Lamb shoulder (39%), couscous (25%), chick pea, capsicum, apricots, sultana, almonds, onion, garlic, lemon juice, GF stock, olive oil, sambol oelek, harissa paste, spices, chilli, parsley, coriander, salt, pepper CONTAINS: GLUTEN, TREE NUTSPreparation
Defrost overnight in fridge . Remove lid, dressing and almonds and place in pre-heated 170c for approx 25 minutes. Toss dressing through and garnish with toasted almonds.Nutrition
