Saganaki prawns
Fish
Saganaki, despite sounding vaguely Japanese, is a popular Greek dish, named after a sagani, the two-handled frying pan in which it is cooked and served. Traditionally made with fetta, sprinkled with lemon juice and best eaten with crusty bread. Our version contains tabasco and fennel seeds rather than Ouzo but still giving a chilli and aniseed kick
