Salmon chermoula (fish only)
Enjoy this premium grade Tasmanian salmon smothered in a zesty herb chermoula. Chermoula is a North African marinade traditionally made from a blend of mint, coriander, lemon and chilli. Fish fillets are best cooked and eaten immediately which is why with this meal is delivered raw and ready for you to oven bake for just 5-6 minutes. The salmon turns out flaky, juicy and absolutely delicious.

PreparationDefrost + pan fry or oven bake for a couple of minutes. You'll need to add a side to complete the meal.
