Salmon w soy, citrus + ginger - Fish only

Starting with the finest Tasmanian salmon fillet, we marinade the fish in a delectable Asian mix of soy, ginger, lemon and orange. We deliver it to you frozen ready for you to thaw, pan fry or bake and serve up fresh. Also comes with a side of broccoli in garlic oil to add colour, nutrients and fibre. This is a gluten free meal that is high in protein, low in carbs and gets top marks for flavour!

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost overnight in fridge. Pan fry with a little olive oil for 2 minutes each side OR bake in pre heated oven at 200c for 6-7 minutes. Allow to rest before serving. Microwave broccoli for 1 minute.
