Thanks to the popularity of our fish dishes, here's a newbie we've added to the menu! Starting with the finest Tasmanian salmon fillet, we marinade the fish in a delectable Asian mix of soy, ginger, lemon and orange. We deliver it to you frozen ready for you to thaw, pan fry and serve up fresh. Also comes with a side of broccoli in garlic oil to add colour, nutrients and fibre. This is a gluten free meal that is high in protein, low in carbs and gets top marks for flavour!

IngredientsSalmon (90%), GF soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, EV olive oil, ginger, orange juice, wasabi paste. This product may contain bones.
PreparationDefrost overnight in fridge. Pan fry with a little olive oil for 2 minutes each side OR bake in pre heated oven at 200c for 6-7 minutes. Allow to rest before serving. Microwave broccoli for 1 minute.
