This traditional san choy bau is made from pork mince flash fried with bamboo shoots, carrots and water chestnuts for crunch. It brings forth all the best Chinese sweet-soy flavours incorporating garlic, ginger, soy, shallots, chilli, coriander and peanut oil. Served on a bed of brown rice.
