A taste of the Italian seaside found in so many restaurants along the Mediterranean coast . Freshly baked snapper fillets on a bed of tomatey cannellini beans flavoured with onion, thyme and garlic. Once baked top with pesto sauce and serve with a glass of crisp Pinot Gris and green salad. Simple and almost perfect!
