Spiced lamb w quince

Lamb stews with quince are common in Persian and Moroccan cuisine, which is where we've taken inspiration, loosely, for this recipe. Rather than use fresh quince we went with quince paste adding a sweet richness to the meal. Pair this meaty stew with buttery couscous, roast eggplant or a crisp green salad.

Lamb, shoulder, onions, quince, paste, GF beef stock, red wine, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, smoked, paprika, spices, fennel, seeds, salt, pepper


Peel back one corner Frozen Defrost in microwave for approx 10 - 12 minutes Heat on high for approx. 2 - 3 minutes Defrosted Heat on high for approx. 4 -5 minutes Stir before serving
