Here's a vegetarian breakfast that even the non-vege eaters will adore. We sauté tofu with a mix of mushrooms, spinach and onion and flavour with fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary and shallots. Served with gluten free toast for a satisfying meal that will keep you going until lunch.
Tofu (49%), mushroom (15%), spinach (6%), onion, E V olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, shallots, parsley, coriander. GF bread (15%): potato flour, tapioca flour, rice flour, soy flour, maize flour, canola oil, linseed, sunflower seed, yeast, ground ginger, salt.
Defrost + heat, cook toast and serve.
