Tunisian chicken w kale + green harissa

Bursting with fresh herb and spice flavours, this meal is sure to satisfy! We start with tender chicken thighs sprinkled with aromatics such as cumin, turmeric, cinnamon and a dash of chilli. We pan sear the chicken while cooking the kale, carrot and onion in ginger and garlic. We drizzle the lot in our signature green harissa sauce, a tangy garlic cream that owes it's colour and freshness to coriander and parsley. This is low carb / high protein eating at its best!
