In this tagine we bring together the best of traditional North African spices such as whole cumin seeds, chilli, turmeric and coriander with vegetables and chickpeas and contrasting sweetness from dates and honey. We slow cook to gradually mature the flavours and tenderise the veges. Served with a side of basmati rice.
