We start with the finest Tasmanian salmon which we cure the Scandinavian way in a mixture of salt, sugar and vodka to create the most luxurious tasting fish. House made and hand sliced, this classically prepared dish is preferred by many over smoked salmon due to its delicate sweet flavour without the smoky aftertaste. Best served with squeeze of lemon, sliced cucumber and rye bread as a starter or for a main with our Christmas Crunch Salad + sourdough. Delivered frozen, ready to serve.
