Our 5kg hams are prize winning, fresh Australian premium leg hams. Our glazed hams have already been scored and marinated in our chef prepared glorious fig glaze for 3 days before it reaches you!
Hams range between 4.5kg and 5.5kg* excluding delivery
Ingredients
Ham (92%), salt, water, fig, apple, sugar, balsamic vinegar, cinnamonEasy Heat + Serve
Glazed and Baked: Nothing to do other than carve and serve. You can elect to reheat the ham prior to carving. Place in baking dish, pour over any glaze in bag and warm at 160c oven for 30 minutes.
Once you have cut the ham please wrap in a damp tea towel and place in a plastic bag and seal for maximum freshness. Once cut please use within 2-3 weeks.
