Chicken Bengali style w eggplant + beans

Bengali style cooking is all about big flavours thanks to their signature whole spice blend. The style also conjours the feelings of comfort and home cooking and yet, there is something quite distinctive about it. We've incorporated the unique blend of Bengali spices to create this delicious curry with bean and eggplant for extra nutrients and fibre. Add a squeeze of lime to elevate the flavours further. You won't be disappointed! Serve with hot rice if you choose or leave off the rice if you're avoiding carbs.

Easy Heat + Serve

Peel back one corner before defrosting. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
