This Moroccan inspired dish is marinaded chicken thigh simmered slowly, tagine style with dates, honey and coriander. Extra spices include cumin, coriander and fennel which heighten the authentic North African feel of the meal. We finish with roasted turmeric sautéed zucchini. One for the low carb lovers.
