Massaman curry is a fusion of Indian and Thai influences. We start with our 5 star spices which are blended with shrimp paste and fish sauce. The curry is finished with coconut milk and roasted peanuts for the distinct taste. What you end up with is juicy, tender beef, onion and potato pieces in a sightly sweet curry sauce, medium hot.
