Pull back one corner before microwaving. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until poping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
