Here's a fine dining meal you can pull off in minutes! Trout has a mild flavour and delicate texture which makes is extremely likeable, not to mention healthy. The natural flavour is further enhanced with a flavoursome crust combining nuts, mustard, honey and GF breadcrumbs. Bake it in the oven for 6-7 minutes and it out will come a juicy fish fillet with the perfect sweet and crispy crust! High in protein and low carb. Serve with seasonal vegetables or try our side dish of Broccoli w garlic oil.

Easy Heat + Serve

Allow to defrost in fridge: Place on oven tray and bake in pre-heated 200c oven for approx 7 minutes until piping hot. Rest and serve with wilted spinach w lemon oil. Once defrosted consume with 2 days
