Our talented trio of Indian chefs never fail to deliver on full flavoured, vegetarian meals and this all-time favourite is no exception. This popular lunch is a protein packed meal of simmered yellow lentils and spinach with Singh's secret spice mix of ginger, garlic and dried chilli served on a bed of steamed basmati rice. It’s low in calories yet filling so you'll be able to sail through until dinner.

Easy Heat + Serve

Peel back one corner before microwaving. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 6 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx 3 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
