Here’s a healthy take on the Greek classic spanakopita. We've swapped out some of the creamy fetta cheese with zucchini and mixed with spinach, sautéed onion, egg and dill. Then we wrap this tasty spinach mix in low calorie, no fat filo pastry and oven bake.

Preparation
Peel back one corner. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes. For best results transfer to oven tray and bake in 200c oven for 12 minutesNutrition
