
Wild Barramundi w chilli + shallot
FishWhile this meal requires a bit of preparation, the end result is definitely worth waiting for. You get flavours reminiscent of Japan with the mix the barramundi's marinaded in. Once baked, you get a nice combination of sweetness and spiciness in every flake. And the shallots add a nice mild acidity to the barramundi. The rice is definitely a great counterpart to the fish. And to take this meal to a different level, we recommend adding a squeeze of lemon.
