Wild Barramundi w chilli + shallot

Ready to bake meal that only takes minutes in the oven and can be cooked from frozen. Just add water and bake. Too easy and the result is magnificent fresh baked fish surrounding by spicy rice.

Easy Heat + Serve

Oven cooking only. Bake from frozen. Remove foil lid add 1/4 cup water to container and place in pre-heated 170c oven. Bake for 28-30 minutes until piping hot. Finish with squeeze of lemon and side salad (optional). Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
