Anyone who's been to Greece will be familiar with the roasting of meats and vegetables together. Our version is totally family friendly with herb marinated chicken thighs roasted with potato, whole garlic cloves and fresh lemon slices. What you get is crispy potatoes, tender moist chicken with the heady flavours of garlic, lemon and herb.

Crumble over fetta cheese and for the parents add sprinkle of chili flakes and green olives. Serve with fresh green salad and crusty bread.
NB: Please eat the roast garlic and lemon slices as they are delicious!

Free range chicken thigh (42%), potatoes (42%), lemon (5%), garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt, pepper

Easy Heat + Serve

Allow to defrost in fridge. Remove lid and place foil in a preheated 190c oven for 35 - 45 minutes in upper part of oven until golden and piping hot. All oven vary so please check at 35 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
