- Texan beef wrapThis is it, our most popular lunch meal by a mile! It may sound naughty but in fact it's a modest calorie, high fibre meal that ticks the taste box. We use the finest lean Aussie beef and simmer it in tomato with corn, kidney beans and cumin. The addition of chipotle chillies creates a unique smoky flavour and a bit of bite. We sauté a mix of eggplant, zucchini, mushroom, sweet potato, onion and carrot in tomatoes and herbs then sandwich this medley between lasagna sheets. Topped with cheese sauce and pesto and baked to perfection. So delicious and all for under 300 calories per serve.
