
Coq au vin
Chicken
This French classic, coq a vin is quite simply, chicken braised in wine. But there's nothing simple about the elegant flavours that emerge from our oven roasted chicken combined with bacon, sauteed mushrooms, garlic, tomato and of course, a rich red wine. We also add herbs and the all important paprika to deepen the flavour. You won't be disappointed.

Free range chicken thigh (37%), red wine (16%), tomato (16%), mushroom (6%), bacon, onion, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, chives, GF stock, paprika, salt, pepper.
Preparation
Peel back one corner. Frozen Defrost in microwave for approx 10 - 12 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 2 - 3 minutes. Defrosted Heat on high for approx. 4 -5 minutesNutrition
