Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx.7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx.3 minutes. Stir well before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
