Greek veal + pork pasta bake - serves 6-8

It's known as pastitsio in Greece and it's their answer to lasagna. Created using layers of tube pasta, meat sauce, cinnamon, creamy bechamel and herbs, it's a win-win combination. This meal epitomises the big, chaotic and happy family coming together. Whether it's a celebration or a weeknight feed, there'll be no complaints (and probably no leftovers either)! Goes well with a side of salad.

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost overnight in fridge. Remove lid and heat in preheated 160c oven for 35 minutes. Turn oven up to 190c for further 10 minutes to brown topping. To cook from frozen. Remove lid. Place in preheated 160c oven for approx 80 minutes. Heat until piping hot. Consume within 4 days of cooking.
