I'd call these Christmas Quality potatoes. Chats roasted in duck fat until crisp and golden. Seasoned with sea salt and pepper.

Potato (90%), Duck Fat, Salt, Pepper

Easy Heat + Serve

Allow to defrost in container. Remove lid and place in a preheated 220c oven and roast for a further 10 minutes until crispy and piping hot. Serve with sprigs of rosemary and sprinkle sea salt.
