Pumpkin + corn frittata
These morish vegetarian muffins are delicious and one of our most popular. The base is a traditional risotto using arborio rice, flavoured with vegetable stock, garlic and parmesan cheese. To which we add roast pumpkin, sprinkle of chilli and eggs to produce a frittata mix. When baked they produce golden nuggets that's hard to stop at one!
Pumpkin (27%), water, rice (14%), cream (11%), leek (7%), corn (4%), capsicum, cheese (3%), eggs , butter, parsley, basil, GF stock powder, chilli, garlic, pepper, salt.
Defrost + heat.
