We can take their order over the phone. Our friendly Customer Service staff are just a call away to assist with advice or processing an order. Many of our seniors find it very reassuring to speak to a friendly person rather than be forced into using technology they don’t feel comfortable with.
A simple, printable menu can be found here. The font is larger and easier to read, and it contains our most popular, no preparation meals for our elderly customers. No need to go online at all.
Delivery right to your door. In metro areas we have our own vans and drivers who will bring the box up the stairs, to the front door or even to the kitchen bench. Please note on the delivery instructions if you have mobility issues and need the extra help so our drivers can be alerted.
Easy heating instructions with every meal. Our packaging includes serving instructions. Most meals can be reheated in the microwave. Some meals require oven heating and these are marked on the menu.
Catering for dietary preferences. Our Filter Meals feature can help you to find meals with no added gluten, no added dairy, those for vegetarians, without capsicum, coriander and other dietary needs also.
Flexibility. No lock in contracts or subscriptions. Just order what you want, when you want it.

Do you cater for Home Care Package recipients?

Of course we do! HCP clients that are approved for meal prep or daily activities in their core supports can receive a subsidy for their meals and delivery fees. This often means they only pay a small fraction (around 30% in many cases) of the cost of the food and the rest is paid by the plan provider.

What are good options for elderly customers?
