Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost overnight in fridge. Bake in a pre-heated 180c oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Can be cooked from frozen in 160c oven for 55-65 minutes. Must be baked in oven until piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
