To make this much-loved classic, our Indian chefs firstly marinade the chicken pieces in tandoori paste. Then they simmer in a tomato, yoghurt and cream sauce with just the right combination of garlic, ginger, coriander, garam masala and a hint of chilli. The result is a stunning, rich but mild curry sauce that can be enjoyed by both young and old. Just team with rice, veges or naan bread and it’s sure to fill them up and become a favourite at your house. Feeds a family of 4-6 people.
