This Asian roasted chicken is just as delicious as it looks! We create a lip-smacking glaze of honey, soy, ginger, garlic and sesame and continually baste the chicken while it cooks to succulent perfection. Mwah! Comes with a family size serve of basmati rice. Add steamed broccolini to complete this delicious meal.

Ingredients
Whole Free range chicken, GF soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black sesame seeds, salt. Rice: basmati rice, water, salt, CONTAINS: SESAMEEasy Heat + Serve
Defrost in fridge. Transfer chicken to baking tray. Bake in preheated 200c oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Meanwhile defrost and heat Basmati rice as per instructions on label.Nutrition Per Serve
