Turkey (99%), olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, pepperEasy Heat + Serve
Delivered fresh raw, cryovaced and ready to cook. Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx 1.5 hours) then remove packaging, leaving the netting. Transfer to baking dish, pour over 1 cup of good quality chicken stock OR white wine. Place in preheated 180c oven. Bake for 70 minutes, rest for 15 mins. Cooking time may vary depending on oven. No need to baste as turkey is already covered in marinade. Use by: Fresh 10 days, once cooked consume within 4 daysNutrition Per Serve
