100% free range boneless rolled turkey breast in fresh herb marinade. This product is supplied frozen ready for you to bake. Easy instructions are provided. Thanks to the herb + oil marinade there is no need to baste during cooking.
Serves 6-8 Approx. 12-15 slices. Don't forget to order your stuffing separately this year!
Note this is a FROZEN product so please allow time to thaw for 2 days in fridge.

Free range turkey (99%) olive oil, fresh herbs, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, pepperEasy Heat + Serve
Allow to defrost in fridge. Then leave on bench to take the chill off the turkey before cooking. Place in a baking pan and pour over 1 cup of wine/chicken stock/water. Place in a pre-heated 180c oven for 70 minutes. Cooking times can vary depending on ovens. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Cut away the netting and slice.
