Prize winning fig + apple glazed ham is fresh Australian premium leg ham. All the hard work of glazing a ham has been done for you. All you need to do is pour the glaze ober the ham and bake. Hams range between 4.5kg and 5.5kg

Glazed and Ready for you to Bake: Just pop in the oven and baste a few times. Comes with easy baking instructions. Use by: 14 days 

Glazed and Baked: It's ready to serve or re-heat and is sure to impress your guests.  Use by: keep in fridge 14 days. Please give us 24 hours notice so we have time to prep and cook the ham on the day of your delivery.

Ingredients

Ham (92%), salt, water, fig, apple, sugar, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon

Easy Heat + Serve

Glazed and Ready for you to Bake: Remove packaging. Place ham in baking dish, pour over glaze and use pastry brush to smother the ham in glaze. Bake in pre-heated 170c oven for 1 hour. Baste 3 times during the baking.

Use by: 8 days unopened, Use by: Cooked, cut ham within 2-3 weeks. Please wrap and store in fridge./p>Product is delivered fresh in a vacuum sealed Cryovac bag. Cook within 10 days. To store, place in a damp ham bag or tea towel in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Tip: Don’t missed collecting and using glaze in bottom of baking pan as a chutney. Fantastic!
