Based on the gloriously delicious Italian Cassata, we have combined mascarpone with ricotta and sweetened the mix with sugar and Cointreau. We then fold in sultana, mixed peel, pepita, melted chocolate and crushed chocolate ripple biscuits. The base is a slab of luscious chocolate ganache. A cold Christmas treat for the family.

Easy Heat + Serve

Keep frozen until 45 minutes before serving. Remove lid, pull corners apart and loosen edges with sharp knife. Upturn onto serving plate. Allow to defrost for 30 mins or more depending on temperature. garnish with fresh cherries, dusted with icing sugar
