This dish is our tasty twist on a Swedish staple. The meatballs are made from chicken mince and incorporate spinach, with garlic and onion to bring out the flavour. We then smother the meatballs in a creamy sauce that will have you licking your plate. A perfect family meal that appeals to the whole family, young and old. Feeds a family of 4 people - 20 meatballs per serve.

The sauce is so delicious you won't want to waste any so best accompanied by GDS Family Potato Mash or make your own, or steamed rice with fresh greens

Ingredients

RSPCA Chicken mince (36%), Water, Cream (12%), Onion, Spinach, White Wine, Breadcrumbs, Butter, Flour, Mustard Egg, Vinegar, Stock Powder, Garlic, Thyme, Heart Salt, Parsley, Pepper. CONTAINS: WHEAT, GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGG.

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost fully before heating. Remove lid, cover with foil. Place in pre-heated 170 c oven for 20-25 minutes until piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
