Easy Heat + Serve
Remove lid. Cover with paper towel. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 10-12 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Best defrosted in fridge and heated on stove, use whisk to blend. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
