Water, Potato(12%), Bacon (8%), Carrot (7%), Onion, Lentil (5%), Celery, Capsicum, Cumin, Stock Powder, Garlic, Sugar, Heart Salt, Pepper.Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Remove lid, cover with paper towel. Defrost in microwave for approx. 8 mins. Heat on high for approx. 3 mins until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving. Exercise caution removing hot soup. Can be heated on stove. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition
